Rooms and meals are booked on your behalf by AERO through Russell Sage College.  Meal costs are due in full by June 1st.

 

Conference fees are required for every adult, student, and child at the conference.  Some exceptions apply may apply (such as an adult coming along with a family for the sole purpose of looking after their children).  Meal and room fees are optional.  Scholarship opportunities are available.  An adult who attends the entire conference, selects the meal plan, and stays in a double room will pay only $350 (student=$300, child=$150).  Families can have up to 4 people (min. 2 children) in a double room at a time, which can save you $60/child!  Groups can have up to 1 additional adult or student per double room which can save you up to $75 off the room costs!

A deposit of $50 for individuals and $100 for groups and families is due after registration to secure your spot at the 5th annual AERO conference.  Information on how to pay your deposit can be found after submitting your registration.  Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another attendee at your request until May 1st.  All meal costs are due in full by June 1st.  You will not be eligible for the meal plan if you have not paid in full by that date.  Meal, room, and conference fees paid above the deposit will be returned at 80% if you cancel your registration by May 1st; 50% if you cancel by May 31st; and 0% starting June 1st.

 

Photographs and limited video will be taken during the conference.  Photographs will be used for promotional reasons and the video (mostly keynote talks, panels, Q&A sessions) will be sold to help finance the event.  If you do not feel comfortable with you photograph or video being taken, please contact me at aeroconference@gmail.com.  We will do our absolute best to accommodate everyone's needs and personal preferences.
