Payments
To pay off your
balance or to place your deposit, please
visit
www.edrev.org/payments.html, call
412-445-3235, or mail a check to the
address below. If you have not
received or have lost your invoice,
please e-mail
aeroconference@gmail.com and another
one will be sent your way.
If you are mailing any payments, please
make out a check to "AERO Conference"
and mail it to:

With that check, you must include a note
indicating who and for what the payment
is for so that there is no confusion and
your registration and payment can be
processed faster.
Deposits are
non-refundable, but can be transferred
to another attendee at your request
until May 1st. All meal costs are due in
full by June 1st. You will not be
eligible for the meal plan if you have
not paid in full by that date. Meal,
room, and conference fees paid above the
deposit will be returned at 80% if you
cancel your registration by May 1st; 50%
if you cancel by May 31st; and 0%
starting June 1st.
