If you would like to secure your
spot at the 5th annual AERO conference, but cannot
afford to pay in full now, you are welcome select
our payment plan option.
To secure your spot initially, you
must place a $50 deposit for individuals and a
$100 deposit for families and groups.
Whatever your remaining balance is can then be
divided by the number of months left before the
conference and you can pay that amount each month
until it is completely paid off. All fees
must be in by the start of the conference though
(you are welcome to pay the final installment on
arrival). All meal fees must be in by June
1st, so to qualify for meals, the amount paid
through your installments must be equal or greater
than your meal fees owed by June 1st.
Example: If an individual registers March
1st and pays the deposit of $50, that person then
has three months to pay the remaining balance, but
must pay a minimum of $75 (meal fees) on top of
the deposit through those installments by June
1st.
In some cases we are able to work
out special payment plan arrangements beyond the
one listed above. If you are interested in
